For 15 years, the VMS CamTrace has been adapting to the many IP cameras on the market. Our in-depth knowledge of the qualities and defects of the cameras on the market has led us to draw up demanding specifications for our own range of cameras.
Yes definitely we believe we are bringing a real plus to the rather small world of professional network video solution providers.
The fundamentals of CamTrace cameras are similar to those of VMS: focus on the essentials to achieve extremely robust, maintainable and upgradeable products.
As you might expect, our cameras run on Linux. So far no surprise, this choice guarantees extensive possibilities in terms of power, stability, and the ability to embed applications in the camera. For a very modest extra cost, an option allows access to general analysis functions (input, output, crossing, counting, advanced detection, etc.).
CamTrace cameras combine all the qualities we consider essential for a range of professional IP cameras. They are of course ONVIF, support the latest H264+ and H265+ codecs, are day/night, use adaptive flat surface LEDs, support true WDR, are capable of filming in very low light conditions. The varifocal lenses incorporate motorised lenses. All cameras are PoE capable.
In order to tighten the range and guarantee a permanent stock, we have chosen to offer all our cameras with a minimum resolution of 5 Mpixels while maintaining very attractive prices.
Finally, CamTrace cameras make the difference with their mechanical characteristics: IP67 sealing, IK10 resistance, robustness of the materials used; and their ease of mounting: integrated junction boxes, original mounting accessories, inbound connectors, 3-axis orientation, etc.
Don’t hesitate to try them out, you’ll see that you can still be surprised by IP cameras!
