In order to maintain a video surveillance installation, to investigate a possible technical problem, or simply for educational purposes, Camtrace’s support can ask you for a remote access to a server or to a client station connected to a server.
The connections are subjected to a strict confidentiality and the employees of Camtrace have a duty of reserve and of non-disclosure of the information to which they could have access.
By granting us a remote access, you must check that you are entitled to do so or, if you act as an installer or maintainer, that you have the approval of the end user of the installation. If Camtrace has to sign a confidentiality clause (or any other document), it must be transmitted to us before the remote access.
